All applications for our advertised posts are assessed against the published criteria for the role.  Those who meet the criteria to the greatest extent will be selected for interview. As we are unable to pre-empt the quantity and quality of applications for the role in question, or how many of these will meet all essential criteria, the best advice we can give is that you review the job description and person specification in detail and assess to what extent you can evidence that you meet the requirements
