Business Development and Marketing Adviser

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development and Marketing Adviser to deliver impactful marketing campaigns while supporting business development and employer engagement. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, you’ll help grow partnerships, promote apprenticeships and commercial offerings, and deliver campaigns that make a measurable difference.
As Business Development and Marketing Adviser you can expect to be involved in:
- Planning and delivering effective marketing campaigns, ensuring strong performance and return on investment
- Building and maintaining relationships with employers to support business growth and apprenticeship opportunities
- Engaging with industry networks and stakeholders to promote the University’s commercial portfolio
- Supporting apprenticeship recruitment activity, working with employers to attract and place candidates
What will you bring to the role?
- Experience in marketing, business development or B2B sales, ideally in a commercial or education setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Experience delivering successful marketing campaigns, including digital and social media
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage priorities and drive results
