T<span data-teams="true" data-pasted="true">here may also be the opportunity to work additional timesheet hours delivering personal training or group exercise, subject to demand, availability and qualification.</span></p><p>Working as part of a customer-focused team, you&rsquo;ll help deliver high-quality fitness services, group exercise sessions, appointments and events that support physical activity, wellbeing and a positive experience for all users.</p><p><strong>As Health and Fitness Instructor you can expect to be involved in:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Supporting members in the fitness suites, including inductions, consultations, fitness testing and exercise programmes</li><li>Delivering safe and effective exercise prescription, advice and group exercise sessions for a range of abilities</li><li>Helping maintain welcoming, inclusive and well-managed fitness spaces, including equipment set-up, cleaning and light maintenance</li><li>Supporting events, promotions and wellbeing initiatives that encourage participation in physical activity across campus</li></ul><p><strong>What will you bring to the role?</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>A Level 2/3 Fitness Instructor or Personal Training qualification</li><li>Experience working in a service-focused health and fitness environment</li><li>Practical knowledge of exercise prescription, training principles and fitness equipment</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, a team-focused approach and flexibility to work across a rota including evenings and weekends</li></ul><p><strong>What we can offer in return:</strong></p><p>As a member of our team, you can expect a friendly, open and collaborative working environment and support in your development and wellbeing.
