If so this may be the role for you.</em></strong></p><p>The Student Life Directorate are looking for a Nexus Coordinator to support, oversee and enable the Nexus student information team to provide an approachable, knowledgeable reception and enquiry service for students. The role holder is required to undertake a range of administrative responsibilities to ensure the delivery of an efficient front-facing service for students and staff wishing to access information and signposting to relevant resources, services and support. &nbsp;</p><p>This role is full time ongoing position but will require some occasional weekend work at certain busy points in the Academic Calendar. Join our team, providing a friendly, helpful and informative reception service to students, staff and external visitors.</strong></p><p>For much of your shift you will be the sole Customer Services Assistant and therefore it is essential that in addition to having excellent customer service skills, you are able to deal calmly and confidently with all queries and bookings. The roles are situated across campus in accommodation areas, academic buildings, central service buildings and in campus service buildings and role holders can expect to work in a variety of settings depending on demand.&nbsp;</p><p>Typical shifts patterns are between 07:00 and 23:00 on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday, 5/7 days.</p><p><strong>As Customer Services Assistant you can expect to be involved in:</strong></p><ul><li>Receiving all initial enquiries from students, staff and visitors to reception areas, resolving them or referring correctly to other staff or university departments as appropriate. Are you able to communicate across a wide range of departments and flexibly across different situations? If so, this may be the role for you.</strong></p><p><strong>The Student Life Directorate are looking for a Non-standard Course and Programmes Co-ordinator will play a key role in the Academic Registry directorate. The post holder will be a skilled specialist user of, and have a thorough knowledge of, the University&rsquo;s student records system to keep student records as up to date as possible.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>The role holder will provide administrative support throughout the academic year, including peak periods of the student lifecycle.
