            <p><strong>Do you have experience working with apprentices and a passion for supporting people to succeed in their careers?</strong> If so, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.</p><p data-start="452" data-end="813" id="isPasted">We are looking for an Apprenticeship Adviser<strong data-start="474" data-end="500">&nbsp;</strong>to play a key role in delivering an excellent apprentice experience and supporting the University&rsquo;s education and skills strategy. You will work closely with apprentices, employers and colleagues across the University to support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing progress throughout the apprenticeship journey. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will help ensure apprentices are supported academically and professionally, while also building strong partnerships with employers across a range of sectors.</p><p data-start="452" data-end="813"><strong>As an Apprenticeship Adviser&nbsp;</strong><strong id="isPasted">you can expect to be involved in:</strong></p><ul><li data-start="315" data-end="517">Working with employers to support apprenticeship recruitment and admissions, including screening, interviewing and placing apprentices&nbsp;</li><li data-start="315" data-end="517">Managing the apprentice onboarding and induction process and supporting apprentices and employers throughout the programme to ensure a positive and successful apprenticeship experience</li><li data-start="315" data-end="517">Promoting higher and degree apprenticeship opportunities to employers across a range of sectors and supporting employer engagement activities</li><li data-start="315" data-end="517">Operating systems to monitor apprentice progress and maintain accurate records and evidence, ensuring apprenticeship programmes are compliant</li></ul><p><strong>What will you bring to the role?</strong></p><ul><li id="isPasted">A degree or equivalent experience in a similar role within the HE or FE sector, with GCSE Maths and English (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent</li><li>Experience supporting, mentoring and monitoring apprentices, with an understanding of apprenticeship standards and funding models</li><li>Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively with apprentices, employers and colleagues while managing competing priorities</li></ul><p id="isPasted"><strong>What we can offer in return:</strong></p><p>As a member of our team, you can expect a friendly, open and collaborative working environment and support in your development and wellbeing.
