Student Accounts Controller

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for student support? Join our dynamic team as a Student Accounts Controller and play a vital role in managing tuition, accommodation, and other fees while ensuring a smooth financial experience for students and sponsors.

As Student Accounts Controller you can expect to be involved in:

  • Managing the collection of tuition and other fees and liaising with students and sponsors
  • Setting up payment plans and assisting students facing financial difficulties
  • Overseeing external reporting and statutory forms related to university fees
  • Managing student finance records, including loans, discounts and refunds

What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience of working in a financial environment
  • Knowledge of administrative databases
  • Experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Ability to work flexibility under pressure, with minimal supervision
