Are you experienced in managing a dedicated team in a thriving food and beverage outlet, and looking to work with an award-winning team? 

We have a great opportunity for you to join our food and beverage team as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager if you are motivated by ensuring excellent service delivery and leading others.

With twelve different outlets on our beautiful campus, you will have access to a diverse experience with a range of development opportunities.

This is a role which can offer both work life balance, training, and development.

As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you can expect to be involved in:

You will assist the Food and Beverage Manager to manage, develop and motivate your team and ensure an efficient, effective, and welcoming experience for all. You will also assist the Food and Beverage Manager to maintain aspects of stock and cash control, control cost of sales, and labour.

What will you bring to the role?

Maths and English GCSE or equivalent, grades C/4 or above

Experience of supervising bar and/or catering staff in a high-volume environment including producing rotas and managing events, with a flexible, committed, and professional approach to work

Experience of working with both an EPOS and Stock Management System and solid IT skills 

Excellent customer service skills

Willingness to work flexibly.
