The University of Kent is embarking on an exciting journey of growth and expansion in international student recruitment. We are seeking a visionary leader to drive this transformation as our Director of International Student Recruitment and Partnerships.

As Director of International Student Recruitment and Partnerships, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the strategic development and execution of initiatives to achieve significant growth in international student enrolment.
  • Cultivating strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand our global reach and impact.
  • Empowering and inspiring a dedicated team to achieve ambitious targets and objectives.

What you will bring to the role:

  • A proven track record in international student recruitment and partnership development.
  • Strategic vision, leadership, and a passion for driving change and innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster relationships across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
